  • Domain III.  Procurement Life Cycle:  Sourcing & Supplier Selection, B.  Utilize alternative and non-competitive procurement methods, E.  Evaluate solicitation respondents and responses (e.g., responsiveness and responsibility, cost analysis, technical analysis) – specifically the cost analysis point
  • Domain VI.  Procurement Business Principles, B.  Recognize emerging trends – specifically what is going on with the changing environments due to tariffs
